Protegeix les capes interiors durant el proc\u00e9s d\u2019instal\u00b7laci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capa interm\u00e8dia:<\/strong> Refor\u00e7 de teixit d\u2019aramida (Kevlar) sense costures d\u2019una o dues capes, depenent de la pressi\u00f3 de treball requerida. Absorbeix la pressi\u00f3 de treball i la for\u00e7a d\u2019arrossegament durant la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capa interna:<\/strong> Polietil\u00e8 (PE) amb una rugositat de k = 0,028 mm, millorant la velocitat i el flux de l\u2019aigua respecte a la canonada original.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Connectors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Els connectors patentats de Primus Line permeten la connexi\u00f3 dels liner autoportants a la canonada hoste o un altre element de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3. Aquests connectors estableixen una connexi\u00f3 segura a prova de fuites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depenent dels requisits t\u00e8cnics de cada rehabilitaci\u00f3, aquests poden fabricar-se en ferro colat, acer al carboni o acer inoxidable, amb un recobriment en pols d\u2019epoxi resistent als impactes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 dels connectors es realitza mitjan\u00e7ant connexi\u00f3 mec\u00e0nica. Estudi i disseny<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Habilitar accessos<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A difer\u00e8ncia del m\u00e8tode tradicional de substituci\u00f3 de canonades de prove\u00efment d\u2019aigua potable enterrades, que comporta necess\u00e0riament l\u2019obertura de rases de grans dimensions, la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de Primus Line requereix \u00fanicament dos accessos per cada secci\u00f3 a rehabilitar. En el cas que no existeixin aquests accessos, \u00fanicament \u00e9s necessari excavar un petit pou d\u2019acc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La capacitat que t\u00e9 el sistema Primus Line de rehabilitar trams continus de fins a 2.500 metres, redueix els moviments de terres i l\u2019\u00fas de maquin\u00e0ria pesant gaireb\u00e9 \u00edntegrament, reduint costos, temps d\u2019execuci\u00f3, mol\u00e8sties i perills tant en zones urbanes com industrials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Inspecci\u00f3<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vegada preparats els accessos, la canonada ha d\u2019inspeccionar-se per complet mitjan\u00e7ant equip de c\u00e0mera robotitzada. Aquesta inspecci\u00f3 t\u00e9 per objecte verificar el material i el di\u00e0metre de tota la secci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com l\u2019estat de la canonada per a seleccionar el m\u00e8tode de neteja m\u00e9s adequat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Neteja<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectiu de la neteja pr\u00e8via a la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 del liner \u00e9s restaurar el di\u00e0metre original de la canonada hoste. La neteja de la canonada haur\u00e0 de realitzar-se sobre la base dels requisits derivats de la inspecci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En canonades no met\u00e0l\u00b7liques, la neteja mitjan\u00e7ant raspalls pot ser suficient, per\u00f2 en el cas de canonades met\u00e0l\u00b7liques, ha de realitzar-se mitjan\u00e7ant neteja amb aigua a alta pressi\u00f3 o mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019\u00fas de rascadors met\u00e0l\u00b7lics especials. En el cas de detectar obstacles o incrustacions puntuals es procedeix a realitzar el seu fresat mitjan\u00e7ant robot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de la neteja i abans d\u2019introduir el liner, tota la canonada ha de ser inspeccionada de nou tant per a verificar que s\u2019ha recuperat el di\u00e0metre original i s\u2019han eliminat tots els obstacles, com per a verificar el radi de gir dels colzes existents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Introducci\u00f3 del liner<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El liner \u00e9s lliurat plegat en forma d\u2019O en rotllos. Mitjan\u00e7ant un cabestrant de gran for\u00e7a d\u2019arrossegament, es desplega i arrossega el liner dins de la canonada a una velocitat de 10 metres per minut. Aquesta velocitat pot veure\u2019s redu\u00efda si la canonada hoste presenta diversos colzes. Gr\u00e0cies a la capa exterior de polietil\u00e8, el liner no sofreix cap mal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Inflat del liner<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vegada introdu\u00eft el liner en la canonada hoste, es procedeix al seu inflat mitjan\u00e7ant compressor d\u2019aire. Per a aix\u00f2, s\u2019obturen els dos extrems del tram mitjan\u00e7ant obturadors espec\u00edfics amb bypass. A una pressi\u00f3 de tan sols 0,5 bars, el liner agafar\u00e0 la seva forma definitiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de connectors<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vegada verificada la integritat del liner, es procedeix a la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 dels connectors d\u2019uni\u00f3 mec\u00e0nica necessaris per a incorporar la nova canonada a la xarxa existent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comprovacions i adequaci\u00f3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tal de verificar la integritat de la rehabilitaci\u00f3, fem una prova de pressi\u00f3 de dues hores seguint la norma DIN EN 805. Despr\u00e9s de superar la prova, procedim a la desinfecci\u00f3 del liner seguint la normativa BS 8558:2011.
